AZZURROCAM An HD camera designed for remote use by non-technical users, AzzurroCam opens the broadcast studio to the world with a uniquely cost-effective solution for broadcasters, news organizations, sports teams and leagues, and financial institutions. Engineered for ease of use, reliability and low cost, the all-in-one system includes: A Sony robotic HD/SD camera with remote control of pan, tilt, zoom, focus, aperture and color adjustment. Remote-controlled audio mixer with two microphone inputs. Remote-controlled IFB. Remote-controlled DMX Lighting dimmer control for up to four outlets. A PC-based control system permitting remote control of all functions (pan/tilt/zoom, white balance, focus/preset shots, microphone audio levels, lighting on/off/dimming and ifb) using intuitive touch-screen buttons or an included joystick and control panel. Multiple Configurations AzzurroCam can be configured as a single-camera “headshot” studio, operated remotely or locally, or as a multi-camera, multi-location system with production switcher integrated into the remote control system. It can be configured for SD or HD, outputting HD as HD-SDI or SD as SDI, as well as offering an SDI anamorphic setting for SD in a 16x9 aspect. For IP-based configurations, Azzurro IP encodes the camera output in MPEG-4 Full Part 10 or Full D1 H.264 or JPEG-2000, depending on the transmission path.
