Azzurro HD Services Digital SD and HD Video Switching Azzurro HD operates in the telco-grade AT&T Building at 32 Avenue of the Americas, which provides access control, uninterruptible power, heavy-duty HVAC and access to fiber POPs of the major providers of digital transport, including uncompressed HD at 1.5 Gbps. All customer equipment onsite is protected in locked cages. A state-of-the-art wideband HD router from nVision is at the heart of the Azzurro HD switch. It offers digital in and digital out, capable of switching ASI, SDI (270 Mbps) and uncompressed HD video at 1.5 Gbps. An Evertz master control system provides monitoring of incoming and outbound signals for quality. This sophisticated system alerts Azzurro HD to potential problems, making possible immediate action to correct the error or contact the customer. Learn more about the Evertz MVP Control System. No matter how good the system, there is no substitute for the human eye and the personal touch. Azzurro HD staffs its switching center 24x7 with technicians who watch video monitors and signal analyzers at all times. When issues arise, they work fast and effectively to get them resolved. |

| First-Mile, Last-Mile Connectivity Azzurro HD is also your single point of contact for the provision of fiber circuits to and from our facility. We work with the most respected carriers in the region to ensure competitive pricing, and handle all coordination and quality control for the installation. Once service is up and running, we monitor each incoming port for quality, using both automated systems and human oversight. In addition to local fiber, Azzurro HD can book long-haul fiber circuits and satellite connectivity to any point on the globe in order to provide customers with complete end-to-end solutions. |

| Occasional Use up, down and cross-converting Your facility is 1080i and a feed you need is 720p. No worries, Azzurro can cross-convert the video prior to sending it your way. We have equipment in-house to offer HD format conversions, HD to SD downconverting or SD to HD upconverting. |

On behalf of our customers we provide full-time and occasional use traffic functions supported by or 24/7 operation staff. If it is a 15-minute feed for a 15 day event, we can help coordinate it from start to finish. |
